Why do we still play wow, but are many explanations.
Balderdash. The really important reason is: Rewards, rewards, rewards.
No matter what we do: the task is reasonable and our capabilities will be made clear and unambiguous; unschaffbar is not a task that they choose themselves. The reward is set before and after photos will be distributed, and when we have completed the task, grow our abilities in the game - or our money. Or our success points, if nothing else ;-)
comparisons, however, the world of work:
tasks are sometimes permanently, sometimes too simple, the customer orders are not quite clear himself. Rewards are, but the execution, they have little to do, and there are long periods of stagnation.
Although we have not particularly aware of: deep within us that moves to wow. Of course, not alone, but most of all.
